  You guys just recently put in a drive thru & it’s honestly worthless. It’s quicker to go in & get it yourself, I waited over 30 minutes starting at the speaker to waiting at the window for my food. No urgency from the workers at all, completely empty parking lot. No reason it should take so long in a DRIVE THRU.

  I just got into town from Fort Worth, TX about an hour ago. After settling in at my hotel, I placed an online order here. When I arrived to pick up my order, they said they already threw out the meatballs (8:45pm). The store closes at 10pm, there is no reason not to have prepped meatballs besides pure laziness. I used to manage Subway, I know how easy it is to prep meatballs. This is ridiculous. The young man with the beard was polite and offered another sandwich as well as my favorite cookie, which I appreciate. However, if you're open until 10pm, please make sure you have enough product to last. After returning to my hotel, my replacement sandwich was on Herbs and cheese when I asked for Italian. My spouse's sandwich was supposed to have double tuna, which it clearly did not.

  When we came in Octavio? (we asked for his name but I'm not sure if I heard it right) was working all by himself and still had a great attitude and did an amazing job! I really appreciated him. Will be coming again!

  My experience at this location was unsatisfactory. The menu offered a limited and unappealing selection of items. The service provided was subpar.

  New guy does not know what he’s doing my sandwich was cold and half of the spinach container was put in my sandwich too much
