Great location, accommodations and staff. If you're venturing to Walmart Capital of America, this is a must stop.

The rooms were clean, bed was okay, if you like pillows this is not the place to stay. They will not give out any extra pillows. The key system has issues. The hotel is also on a very busy road and is hard to go across to turn left out of the parking lot during high traffic times.

When I checked in they asked what floor I wanted. I stated a quiet area away from elevator. Counter person said I already picked my spot and it was on street side by the elevator. I did NOT choose a room online only room type. He told me only if I would purchase a suite and pay more. I did not want to pay anymore so stuck with it. While I was checking in an airlines group entered and he stopped helping me to get all of them their keys and left me to wait. Rude. So finally went to the room and Mattress was sunken down SEVERAL inches in one spot where you would lay. I went to desk and asked for different room as no way could you sleep in a hole like that. He moved our room to 2nd floor directly below. Right by the elevator and street side. Mind you the hotel was not full at all…only 38 rooms according to his screen. This was worst night stay!! Highway is so busy ALL night long. Aweful. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Not kept very clean area. Really upset with entire stay. And elevator inspection expired.
