  They can never help you with anything, any plan change or add on that’s need to be done we are told they can’t do in store and you have to call customer care.

  If I could give a 0 star I would. The guy was so rude and did not want to help me when I had phone troubles. He said he couldn't do anything because it's not his job. And told me to call customer service

  We came in to gather information, but the associate was short with us and not very knowledgeable, and couldn't explain the features.

  The worker there is not very knowledgeable, I asked about their feature plans so I could use my phone outside the country and he would not know how to explain . He also lied saying that the international plan would cover me in another country, the fine print said otherwise 👎🏼 I wasn’t to comfortable with him sounding unsure so I went to the Bryant location and they helped set me up with the right feature!
