  Shoutout to Corey, Andy, and Brian at Advanced Auto Parts! They turned what started out to be a rough morning into a not so bad day for me and their kindness did not go unappreciated. No one wants to be out in this heat, but they changed my car battery, noticed a few simple maintence items that needed to be addressed, and sent me on my way without complaining once.   I had an outstanding experience with Andy Fleming at Advance Auto Parts. Customer service like this is becoming rare, and Andy truly set the standard. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a friendly smile and took the time to listen carefully to what I needed. His knowledge of automotive parts was exceptional. He didn’t just point me to a shelf, he explained the differences between the available options, educated me on which part would best fit my vehicle and why, and made sure I understood everything before making my purchase. Andy was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right solution rather than simply making a sale. He answered every question with confidence and made the entire experience stress-free. What impressed me even more was his willingness to go above and beyond. After helping me find everything I needed, he offered to carry the parts out to my vehicle, which was greatly appreciated.
