  I've eaten at numerous Subways in many states and I have to say this was the cleanest one I've been in plus they have THE freshest bread I've ever had. Kudos to them, keep up the good work.

  Placed an order online right around 8 after looking to make sure the location was still open. Upon arrival the location had closed an hour early and still accepted our order. After speaking to the one employee, I learned this location doesn't have a general manager and the general manager Linda of the Gravette location is the one who watches over this store. She decided to close early without turning off online orders. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional of the company. I was very lucky that there was still an employee here to cancel my order and issue a refund. If I were you ordering online for this store make sure to call and ensure they are still open since you can't trust the hours on the door or on Google to be accurate.

  Overall the store was put to together and the staff was really nice and fun to talk to. Briley was on shift and made my sub how I like it (there’s a lot of special requests) and he was happy todo so. Very glad I came in😌.

  Mr. Briley was most pleasant, very professional. It went out of his way to make a special sandwich for me. I will be returning and hoping he’s at work when I go. If more Customer Service was like that and more professional like he was, that would make shopping very pleasant but reality is that it’s not always like that! Actually, it’s very hard to find good customer service life loan. Excellent customer service. I will be returning thank you sir for your what you probably just do daily but what I consider going out of your way to make a special sandwich because I have a disease called Alpha Gal Sincerely, kelly strain
