Could not get waited on. I was told there were 2 orders ahead of me to be picked up at 1 00. It was 12:35. There wasn't anyone ahead of me in the store.
Young lady that made the sandwiches for me removed tomato from my sandwich to toast the bread and threw the slices back in the container with the other slices. Ugh
My coworker and I both got sick after eating

They truly don't seem to understand what a sandwich is or how it should be put together. Which is fascinating to me. I have worked at subways before. Meat and cheese on top. Veggies and sauce on bottom. Maybe even try to keep some of it between the bread. If this is how they make sandwiches for themselves they are truly unhinged. Its an easy job guys. Please do better. For yourselves and the customer. This location always disappoints. Subway is my favorite chain I post this in hopes you guys will try to improve.

Ordered online tried to go through the drive through and they didn’t answer, then went inside and my husband had to get are own chips and drinks and then I put toasted on all are sandwiches and they all were cold and not toasted. Not to mention the worker was high out of his mind will not be going back to this location.

I really hate to put a review like this online but every time I’ve been here in the last 6 months at least has been a horrible experience. I just left there. 7:30, I went to the drive thru to pick up my Togo order, sat there for 15 mins with the guy in the kitchen walking by the window multiple times with no luck. So I went inside. He instantly comes to greet me and make sure it was an online order when I ask him to confirm the one I was getting was mine all he said was “yeah it should be”. I ordered a sandwich and chips and fountain drink. When I walked over to get a drink from the fountain machine, the lady had already broken it down for the night. 2.5 hours before they close! Everytime I’ve been in this establishment recently has been a complete disappointment. I will make sure not to return to this subway. I really hate it because it used to be my favorite one to go to. Management and overall moral has gone down the gutter.

Had online order but went to pick it up and noticed none of the female workers with long hair were wearing hats or hair nets of any kind. I don't like the idea of hair in my food. Probably won't come back to this location
