  I made an online order through the app. I never even made it to the store before I was called by a very nice young man to inform me that they couldn't make my order. My money was to be refunded. No problem, right? Except it never was. I called the store to ask about it and was told they couldn't refund me via the original payment, but would leave an envelope with my refund in cash in the till. I show up today and NOTHING. I asked for the manager or owners number and was told there was no manager and they had no idea who the owner was!?!?! Completely unacceptable.
