  Nice employee seemed short staff but she worked hard was nice and friendly and apologize for our wait but everything was great

  The food was fine but the staff was pretty rude. If you want tips at least greet your customers.

  I was turned away during regular operating business hours on a Monday. The websight says they are open until 10 pm. I arrived at 9:05 and they had already pulled the prep table for the night. Then told they closed at 9:15 that night and the staff was very dismissive and made me feel unwelcome. If they truly have changed hours to close early they need to update the hours of operations on thier website so all customers will know.

  Customer service is absolutely awful. I truly hope the owner looks at this. I hate writing bad reviews but this has gone on for months and months. It’s the worst continual experience I’ve ever had with a food restaurant. I would love to change my review to a positive one. But often times this place doesn’t answer the phone. I’ve even been in there before when one girl told the other girl not to answer the phone because we have too much stuff to do already. And my family were the only customers in the building. Today we called multiple times and let it ring until it stopped ringing and no one answered. We ordered online it said the order was going to be ready in 20 mins and when she got there 20 mins later they had not even started on the sandwiches.
