  My sub was dry and they didn't cut the bread evenly all the fixing were haging out. They weren't busy and had plenty of time to do it correctly. Your best bet is to skip this subway maybe try the one at loves on hwy 282.

  I'm over the road trucker and this has to be one of the top five cleanest subways in the United States (The staff is super great Madison and Creek one of the best...).

  On my lunch break just now at 7:04 PM. I walked in to Subway restaurant in Alma. I was the only customer in the store. A car was at the drive-through and the employee, a woman was chatting with the people in the car. She continue talking and laughing all the time knowing I was there . I stood there for a few minutes and she continued to refuse to come and wait on me until I walked out without ordering. Very poor customer service I must say.
