  I did an online order I specifically said toasted it wasn’t toasted I said no lettuce they added lettuce on top of charged my gift card 3 dollar more . I said less black olives on my pizza they added more I’m not satisfied.

  Went today to get a sub and first off they had 2 kids working and I had to tell the cashier how much change to give me!!! Then whn I get home it's hair in My subway!!! Then I been calling for a hr and nobody answer the phone 😡

  Tonight's service at the Holtville location was terrible. First I had to wait for the boy at the counter to finish flirting and waving to the girl that was leaving. Then one of the girls working there dumped my bacon onto my wrap without even blotting the grease, so grease ran off the paper onto my wrap and off into one of the black veggie containers. I asked her to remake my wrap because that was disgusting. She looked at me like I had a problem. Then there was food mixed into several bins along with mayo and who knows what else on the food prep area. When I mentioned it, the boy simply got a new piece of paper to place my order on instead of cleaning the area. This location needs adult supervision instead of 3 teens working.
