  One of the better auto parts stores I have come across. I travel extensively around Alabama and these folks have always been good to me. The store manager is always nice and fair. The staff , except for one guy, is great. They all know their stuff and if they dont have the answer, they go out of their way to find it. Keep it up folks!

  I went into Advanced auto in warrior AL tonight to buy a car battery ( battery was completely dead and I had to be jumped off to make it there) When I arrived I asked for a battery check and was told it would be a few minutes, which was fine except when I looked through the window while I was waiting outside the guy was on his personal cell phone . When he came out he checked the battery and recommended a new one but then said he wouldn’t be able to install it because they closed in 30 minutes and I would have to come back the next day. I needed my car for work so I just bought the battery to install myself. Then I was told because they weren’t the ones changing it I would have to pay the core charge (again, okay) . I then immediately changed the battery in the parking lot myself and then took the old battery back into the building to get the core charge retuned to my card. I could tell the female employee was annoyed I came back into the store and wanted to know what I wanted (I could hear her mumbling unpleasant things behind the counter). She then told the other employee they had to close (again this was 15 minutes before closing time). Both employees were also rude to a Hispanic customer in line in front of me because he didn’t speak English and it was taking a little longer to get him checked out. They locked the doors 10+ minutes early and a customer showed up right after that unable to get into the store. Apparently customers are too much of an inconvenience. I will not ever go back to advanced auto parts and will instead go down the road to O”Reilly. I wish I could give a zero star rating.

  Took a key fob in to get a battery replacement. The lady kept messing with it (could not get it open) breaking the fob and then blamed me… instead of saying she didn’t know how or it’s something they do not do. She blamed me for “well you asked me”.. so now I have a broken key fob along with the dead battery. If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service!!!
