  Came on Sunday at 3:45 because website says it is open on Sunday until 4:30, it is actually closed on Sundays, so you may want to update the site!

  I have always had good service and then I dropped off a package was given a receipt with tracking# when it came up missing went to the store and the girl was so rude and would not help me at all. Called UPS directly they told me that the store would have to help me so now I don't know what to do! I have all of my documentation tracking#s and pictures of merchandise! Will not use this location anymore! I am out $400.00

  Update Edit: Despite multiple contacts the email provided below, this was NEVER resolved. Thanks a lot! Had over $200 worth of items stolen in transit. When pulled up the tracking it was stated that box was found opened and empty (stolen), and that UPS would contact shipper but this never happened. Now this store won’t pay to reimburse any of this or even shipping costs. Beware using this location your packages may or may not arrive and they will not take care of you. Edit: contacted emailed below and didn’t receive a response despite reaching out several times. Do yourself a favor and drive to the post office or fed ex or any other UPS store as I am doing the same.
