  There's a sweet lady who works with a young man there. She is very patient and accommodating. He is kind too! This was a great experience. It's nice to know that kind people still exist. BTW, stay away from the Subway on Lorna Road. They are HORRIBLE!! Thats why I came to the Vestavia location.

  Stopped by Subway today and had a great experience! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. I haven’t tasted my food yet, but based on how well they treated me, I’m already impressed. Looking forward to coming back!

  The two mature lovely ladies that were working tonight are soooo kind, they had shown extra care and attention to our food. They are very polite!!! They made our subway experience feel brand new!!! Please give those ladies the appreciation that they deserve!!!

  This use to be one of the best and fastest subways. Went into today and the guy was using gloves(like they should) to make my sandwich. Right before he is about to cut my sandwich, he takes his gloves off. He then proceeds to full hand grab my sandwich to cut it. When I mentioned it to him that he didn’t have gloves, he said sorry about that. Didn’t even float the idea of remaking it. I left and ate the half he didn’t touch. Won’t be back to this location.
