  Incredibly rude, non communicative and incompetent with their print services. I usually use the location in Chelsea but sent a print job to this location on behalf of a family member who lives in Vestavia. The experience couldn’t be more black and white when comparing the two locations. Never again will I send anything to these people.

  Greg at UPS was absolutely outstanding to work with. I had several important print projects with specific formatting and quality needs, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out exactly right. He was patient, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much care he put into the final product. He took the time to walk through options, make adjustments, and ensure the prints looked polished and professional. His customer service made a huge difference and took so much stress out of the process. I’m very grateful for Greg’s help and for the excellent service from this UPS location. The quality, professionalism, and attention to detail were amazing. I would highly recommend Greg and this UPS store for any printing needs.

  This is a fantastic UPS location. I needed some stuff printed and the staff was so helpful and nice, and I walked away with exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this location for print services as well as shipping

  Greg in printing services is exceptional and went above and beyond to help me. I am doing some wedding DIY and had a template for cut out Save the Date invites printed here. He helped me get nice cardstock and got things set to print and had everything done within 30min. When I got home and started cutting things out, the front and back print was uneven. I reached out to Greg and he worked to re-align my template with the printer settings, ran test prints, showed me, and re-printed all my invitations for me. Saved me so much stress, panic, and tech work above my skill level. Forever grateful for his help and to this UPS! Thank you!
