Waiting almost an hour for a protein bowl is ridiculous!! I totally didn't understand the reason why the service could have been this horrible at the drive thru.

Three people working behind the counter I stood there for five minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Took ten minutes to get three sandwiches because they were filling condiments and working over top of each other.

Very slow untrained staff. Everyone I encountered had a trainee name tag on. If you are in a season of training. Please close until you are ready to accept customers.

Workers were extremely rude felt the vibe as soon as you walk in the door the lady asking me what I wanted on my sub talking very low and making faces when I ask her to repeat what she said .. then my wife asked a worker to add salt and pepper and she made a rude face asking what?? Really snobby workers
