  Made a mobile order, they got the order wrong after settling all those in the restaurant first before even starting ours. If the girl with red hair would remove the ear pod from her ear maybe she can hear what I had to say instead of asking over and over. What manager allows ear pods in food industry. This is how mistakes are made. Do better!

  Terrible customer service the girl with the spectrum nose piercing i told her to take something off my credit card and i will pay thr rest in cash but she walked away instead so i asked for a refund and she got smart and start cussing at me they need to replace these young kids because they are very disrespectful

  I was at Subway in Valley, Al, at 2:45 pm, 9-3-2026. The older lady, Im assuming the boss, and younger worker, which looked high school age, were so kind, and very professional. I and my granddaughter were eating in store. Another employee came in to work, also what looked like a high school student. She wasn't in full uniform, missing her visor. The older lady obviously told her she needed to be in full uniform. Etc. The girl was rude, started talking very loud, causing a scene, being extremely disrespectful to the older lady, in front of everyone in store, I'm assuming her boss. That Subway had 100% A for their grade. It's obvious that boss worked very hard and kept the place so nice and clean. That young girl had no respect for her boss, and for the patrons, as she showed out. Whomever the boss and first employee were, I commend. The other one that came into work around 2:45 to 3:00 pm, should be written up or fired.

  The staff was very unprofessional. There was a boy and a girl and the girl was touching all up in the boys hair with NO GLOVES. I’m sorry but you work in a food place definitely not the place to be touching all up in peoples hair. Also not to mention she was also on her phone the whole time I was there and was just laughing it up idk what was so funny cause last time I checked this is A FOOD PLACE, not a hangout!! I ordered a 6” and it genuinely felt like I was chewing on cardboard. Overall the staff was just acting like they had no sense and no clue in the world what they were doing and were acting slow when taking my order. Definitely not worth the $7 I paid for this and it was definitely not the experience I would expect and want. Other than that it was a great experience, if you enjoy wasting your MONEY and TIME!!

  They were supposed to be closing at 9:30 but seemed to close twenty minutes early, as it was only 9:10 and the doors were locked. Very upset about this.
