  Come in all the time and never have issues u til this recent time when my cashier was Tomazz. Didn’t order my part from the correct store and had me come in to pick up a part that was not there, so I had to come back the following day. Didn’t even use his correct register so his name was not on my receipt, then when I finally pick up my part the lady in the front tried to throw away my receipt as if returns aren’t a thing. Honestly very disappointed in the entire process.

  Went in this morning to purchase a battery for my 2007 Cadillac DTS. I brought in an old replacement battery from another vehicle for the core fee. The Clerk assumed that it was the battery that needed to be replaced. I was told that they didn't do free installs for my battery because it is under the rear seat. Long story short...I returned the incorrect battery and was given every excuse in the world by the Manager (who wasn't present during the transaction). Bottom battery was exchanged with poor customer relations.

  Every time I need to go the auto parts store... it is usually when I am in the middle of a repair and dirty with grease and dirt in my hair. But they are quick to assist me and send me on my way.

  People were great the only drawback I had from them because I've always shopped in advance is there they had to order the part they didn't have it in stock but it was a part that I didn't figure that hasn't stopped but they got it there quick no problem wham bam thank you ma'am I was gone A1 place
