  Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The food was extremely salty and inedible, so I contacted the restaurant expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, the manager, Dee, immediately treated me like I was lying. He insisted that I bring all of the food back, which I did without hesitation. I even offered to pay for the fries that had already been eaten. Despite complying with everything he asked, he still refused to acknowledge the issue, repeatedly insisting the food wasn’t salty and offering only a partial refund. The problem wasn’t just the food—it was the disrespectful, dismissive attitude and the complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism and accountability. Instead, I was made to feel like I was trying to scam the restaurant when all I wanted was a fair resolution. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who expects decent food or respectful customer service.

  These are the best wings in T-Town hands down! Their fries are amazing too. Food is always fast, fresh, and delicious. No matter how many people are in the building the service is very fast and friendly. I come here regularly now.

  Disgusting. Had missing food from my order and they refused to give me what I was missing out of my order after I gave them proof of purchase. Food was cold, fries were soggy, and drinks were flat. Never again a waste of money.

  The wings were really good and fresh. Fries were great. The atmosphere was nice too. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. The only somewhat negative thing was the cashier acted like we were bothering him and he spoke so low I had to have him repeat everything. He seemed very uncomfortable. But our food was done super fast! Overall a good experience.
