  Wasn’t aware I needed an appointment for a notary for 1 sheet of paper. The 2 gentlemen were more than happy to help anyway except the old lady who wasn’t very nice at all stopped them to remind them that since I didn’t have an appointment- they couldn’t help me. Smh. Won’t be using this location again.

  Tried and failed to have them process an Amazon return. They couldn't get the qr code to work from two phones and appeared to have no idea what the code was for or what to do with it. They kept trying to see what the instructions part of the email was too. The instructions are to scan the code. Which they couldn't do. I'm not always thrilled with these stores, but shouldn't the franchise come with some instructions on how to do what is a simple and common procedure everywhere else? Edited to add that the owner was standing behind the counter while this occurred. You ignored the opportunity to understand at the time.
