  Hi, I don’t usually write reviews but I have to acknowledge the professional and great experience my husband and I received on Tuesday April 28th, 2026. The entire staff at UPS STORE #3766 1130 UNIVERSITY BLVD STE B9 TUSCALOOSA, AL 35401 were so generous and helpful to us. They went above and beyond to ensure all our items were properly placed, wrapped, and labeled into each of the (4) boxes we shipped. They took into consideration the sentimental value of our items and reassured that everything would be ok. As a small business owner myself knowledgeable, hardworking, professional and courteous employees are hard to come by. I would like to acknowledge and give the following staff members their credit: LACIE REBECCA BRYANT IAN I hope this review finds the right person(s) in order for their credit.   I frequent this location mainly to drop off boxes to ship. But during the most recent visit I needed to fax a document (WHO FAXES ANYTHING ANYMORE THESE DAYS?! THIS COULD HAVE BEEN SENT THROUGH EMAIL! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I digress)... After the document was sent, I was prepared to pay, had my card out and ready. It was only $2, no biggie. But for whatever reason I must have been entering my pin wrong (2 TIMES). After the last time the young man behind the counter just said, "Nah, it's okay. You're good." 😆 I promise there was nothing wrong with my card and everything wrong with ME! I was both embarrassed and relieved because I woke up with a cough and sore throat and I could feel a bad coughing bit coming up. And I surely did not need to be in the store sounding like a cat that's about to produce the biggest hairball. So thank you to the friendly and patient staff at the UA/University Blvd location.
