    The food is great...once you finally get it. There is no reason that it should take them an hour and a half to make ONE sandwich on a slow Sunday.

    EXTREMELY slow. God as my witness i waited 30 minutes for a sandwich and there was only 5 people in front of me.

    The employees aren't kind and just kinda throw your sandwich together without any care. Lots of them mumble where you can't even hear what they ask you. It seems like they'd rather be anywhere but there. And they don't accept gift cards, so that's really annoying.
