  Had one of those days today where things could have gone sideways fast. Came out of the movie theater to find my truck completely dead. Walked over to Advance Auto Parts at 720 Skyland Blvd and met the manager, Jonathan. I asked if there was any chance I could borrow a jump box, and without hesitation he said, “Sure thing,” and got one for me and made me promise to bring it right back. 😉 Not only did he let me borrow it so I could get my truck started, but once I got the truck back over to the store, Jonathan came outside, checked everything out, and took great care of me. Super friendly guy, great attitude, and the kind of customer service you just don’t see enough anymore. Big thanks to Jonathan and the staff for helping a guy out on a warm Tuesday afternoon and getting me set up with a new battery. If you’re in Tuscaloosa and need parts or help, I highly recommend stopping by and seeing them. Great people and great service.

  Tito was great. Returned a battery that was discontinued, but still under warranty. He couldn't install the battery but he got me straight

  I had an issue with another location in town that caused me not do business with that location again. Came into this store to get a refund and was not going to do business with Advanced again at all. The store manager Chris asked me what happened and apologized for what happened at the other store and went out of his way to make it right. I will continue doing business with this store. Great customer service and top notch manager.
