    52 minutes on hold and i STILL haven't been able to talk to a human. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. 😑 Seriously disappointed as i need my package and have to wait until mobday for them to attempt redelivery and just hope they actually go to the apartment its supposed to go to bc they definitely didn't come here. Willing to bet they went to a neighbors unit in the front. 10 out of 10 if you can avoid ups in general i would. Their drivers are too lazy to read apartment numbers that are clearly posted.
