  Very rude people they even want let you use the bathroom they say you have to be a paying customer to use the bathroom that is very disrespectful what if a veteran came in would they treat them disrespectfully too knowing they fought to keep all of us safe

  Terrible customer service. The female preparing the subs and wraps acted as if she didn’t want to provide the service. She complained and huffed and puffed the entire time I stood there. She also threw the toppings onto the wraps. Never have I seen this type attitude and behavior in a restaurant. I will not return to this location!!

  My wife makes a online order picks up the order and her cookie is missing no big deal should just be able to show your order and get your things right nope going back and forth about a cookie Jesus she should you the bag and you still lie and say u gave it if you didn't want to come to work should have just stayed home
