  (This was a mobile order) They always seem to be out of something, and instead of letting you know, they just make substitutions or do whatever they feel like doing. There’s little to no communication, even when you’re picking up your order. The customer service isn’t great either—they barely acknowledge you or even look at you. Overall, I’m very unsatisfied with the service and definitely think they need to improve their communication and customer service.

  Well the truth be told, the wife and I were doing a bit of shopping at our local walmart on Troy Hwy in Troy Alabama and decided to get a sub. Now only was this the best subway sandwitch i have ever had, and believe me i eat alot of subs from subway, but it was one of the cleanest and friendliest places the wife and have ever ate at. Now we are seniotlr citizens and frequenly experiance rude service from places, but just as soon as we entered this one we were treated as if we were valued customers at the same time treated with the utmost respect and friendliness. I can not recall the young ladies name that made our sandwitches but she is a blessing to all in whom she meets, as well as to the Subway Corporation. I cant remember a time that i smiled so much and was proud to say I just ate at Subway. But today's incounter at the Troy Wal-Mart Subway guarantees that all my family will know how valued the wife and i felt while there and of the genuine respect, and care this young lady took with us. The floors were all clean and the food area was neat and kept tidy, all the tables were neat and clean as well, heck you could have eaten off her floors. The wife and I would just like to say THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS LADY WHOM WE MET SHE IS AND EVER SHALL BE IN OUR PRAYERS AND A BLESSING TO ALL SHE ENCOUNTERS.

  Great Subway with a friendly new staff that’s clearly putting in the effort to make the location even better. Ms. Felice provides excellent customer service and is always welcoming! The food is fresh, service is quick, and the $6 footlong deal is a great value. Definitely recommend this location!

  Things are ran exceptionally well, the “new” manager has moved this location into new levels of service, you no longer have to worry about if your sandwich has enough meat or toppings, they are always kind and courteous. Where there are multiple staff members or one the wait is minimal.
