  I was caught off guard when I asked for extra banana peppers and the worker said it would be an extra fee because there’s a limit. I’ve gotten the same sandwich at different locations for the past year plus and have NEVER been told I have to pay for extra veggies. Not to mention the amount of banana peppers added was not an extreme amount. It didn’t even make the sandwich no where near too high to close. It was not an excessive request. The other worker in the store told the clerk that was helping me to ring it up as extra cheese. Which was even more confusing because if it was truly an extra charge why would it need to be rang up as extra cheese and not extra veggies. The tone of the worker after I ask for extra peppers made me feel like it was her preference rather than a company policy to charge for extra veggies. I will never go back to this location.

  Lady with the blonde hair and glasses (didn’t look at her name badge if she had one) is VERY rude. Horrible experience.

  Horrible service. Literally making customers cry with rudeness. They also secretly try to overcharge.
