  Didnt appreciate my mother going to buy my dinner only to hear she was mistreated by some dude whos working. She asked for one mona cup didn't get it. I've tried to call now 12 times which one y'all answered and hung up on me. If it open till 9 u supposed to answer. I've worked many subways and I know this is not how subway runs their stores. If this store can reach out to me I'd appreciate it. Not a employee but top manger or owner. Also to add in she didn't get all the meat on her two cold cuts that was 30$

  On April 26, 2026, around 8:30 PM, I stopped by this Subway location. I ordered a bowl containing four scoops of tuna, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, jalapeños, avocado, two fried eggs, olive oil, and Sweet Onion sauce. They put very little food in the bowl —it was filled only halfway. However, after that, they tried to charge me $28. I work as a truck driver and travel all across the country; at every Subway I visit, I order the exact same thing. For this meal, I am typically charged anywhere from $11 to $18. After I pointed out that $28 was an exorbitant price, the employee called someone, and they lowered the cost to $18. Then, it turned out that their payment terminal wasn't working, and I didn't have any cash on me. In short, they wouldn't give me the food for free; instead, they suggested I go get some cash. I simply walked out and had dinner at Waffle House instead.

  DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! Terrible every single time! Ordered through my app. My order CLEARLY has EXTRA lettuce EXTRA cucumbers, EXTRA mayo, and bacon to be EXTRA crispy. There was almost no lettuce, no mayo, bacon was raw, and sandwiches were FLAT. Went into the store to ask for them to be remade and was told without a receipt they couldnt do anything, thing is I was never given a receipt! I showed my app and even showed the sandwiches (which I brought back completely intact without a single bite taken) and was then asked to leave. I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND OR A REMAKE!!! Eventually the worker called her manager and the manager told her to remake the sandwiches but seriously why did it take all that? Terrible quality and even worse customer service.
