Mrs Rachelle was wonderful helping us with our phone. Mrs kiki called on the phone line Mrs Rachelle answered the phone. Mrs kiki was extremely rude to Mrs Rachelle. Mrs kiki was asking Mrs Rachelle where is your cell phone you need it by you. When I call your cell phone you need to answer it. Mrs Rachelle informed Mrs kiki that she was with a customer Mrs kiki said it doesn't matter. Keep your phone close to you. Cricket needs to get a new theodore manager.
