I wouldn't improve a thing! TK at store #09380 - 7285 Theodore Dawes Road was incredibly kind and welcoming. I am a nurse who's car wouldn't start to go home after working at the hospital. TK was so kind and knowledgeable. He checked my battery and said it needed replacement. I had ran 75,000 miles with my current battery so I wasn't too surprised. TK also installed my battery. I'm all set now. Just know you all have an excellent employee. I will definitely come back to your store if I need anything else for my vehicle. THANK YOU!!!

T.K. threw my newly purchased AC part towards the entrance door way because of a wet mopped floor. That's unacceptable! I ordered today at one store picked up at Theodore-Dawes location at 7:20pm. Very unprofessional. It hit the door then bounced onto the floor. I demand that action be taken by higher management and a full reimbursement of my money for this part from this stores manager or out of the employee working today T.K. pocket personally asap! I have 2 witnesses to this happening one being his coworker on duty this evening saw this incident.
