  I had such a great experience at Advanced Auto Parts thanks to Andre and the manager, Holly. Andre took the time to help me with both my brake light and blinker, and I truly appreciated how confident, calm, and knowledgeable he was. He explained everything so clearly and made sure I understood what was going on—he’s not just helpful, he’s a great teacher. Holly, the manager, was just as impressive. She was kind, patient, and extremely thorough, making sure everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Customer service like this is rare these days, and this team absolutely exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend this location!

  Went to the Sumiton location today to get a code read on my car. Nice lady named Holly helped me. Ended up needing a MAF Sensor. After opening the hood I realized my battery was also leaking acid. She helped me figure out which battery fit it and she even let me borrow a tool to replace it. I installed the MAF sensor in the parking lot and it immediately fixed the problem. Huge shout out to Holly at the Sumiton Advance Auto Parts. She’s a rockstar!!!! If only every parts pro were so helpful. Thanks a ton.
