  Watch what your being charged for. Tried to charge me $24.00 for $14.77 worth of food. Had to tell her the prices that are written on the board 3 times. I think the problem was an incompetent employee and not intentional robbery.

  I went in to get my favorite sub The BMT! I am sorry to say, the veggies were so nasty! The spinach was mushy, the lettuce looked just as bad! Tomatoes and cucumbers looked like they had been frozen then thawed—mush!! I brought my naked sandwich home to add what I wanted to it. YUCK!

  Came in and ordered a wrap and sub. Never was asked if I wanted my wrap toasted they just did it and when asked why they said "they had to or the bread would be too hard" that's a first to hear. They didn't wrap it the right so it's not even staying together and it was cut with paper around it! The other sub was cut with a dirty knife that was just scraped off on the discard bin opening right before cutting the sub. The staff were seeming like they didn't even want to be there and their veggie area was messy with cross contamination in bins. Your better of going to the other one at 2388 Lee Rd 430, Smiths Station, AL 36877. They are friendly and keep their food prep area much cleaner. They also use a CLEAN knifes with every sandwich and I guess where their wraps aren't so hard they must be toasted even if a customer doesn't want it. I will definitely be going to the better one even if it is a farther drive.
