  OK...went in coupon in hand. $6.99 for any footlong. Ordered sub, get to check out, cashier says "our system is glitchy, coupon might not work." And it didn't. So I end up paying $8.60. Now I should have said something, but I did not. First, she saw I had coupons in my hand when I ordered, should have said something then. Second, what happened to customer service? OK coupons not working, here's a cookie or a free drink, or a free bag of chips. Don't people realize the difference that makes? Lost a customer for life. Did not have to happen.

  Absolutely fantastic customer service!! My food was made correctly and quickly without skipping on the quality. The workers are a breath of fresh air with their positive attitudes. This is by far the best subway in Semmes if not Mobile!!

  Stood there for 5 minutes with no one in line but me and the subway girl walked by me at least 4 or 5 times and never said a word finally I had to say something I ask her if she wouldn't mind making me a sandwich and she said I will be with you in a minute so I waited another 3 minutes while she went to the back room then when she finally started to make my sandwhich she did not wear any gloves no mask and was sneezing while making my sandwich I finally gotten my sandwich witch I thru away because she was sneezing all over my food terrible place
