I visited the Subway inside today, and I hope the manager has a chance to see this review.
There was a young man working by himself while helping several customers at once, and he was doing an outstanding job. He handled the line efficiently, prioritized customers in order, and multitasked with impressive professionalism.
During my visit, he was confronted by a very rude customer who made unreasonable demands and was clearly trying to provoke him. Despite the situation, he remained calm, polite, and professional throughout the entire interaction, while continuing to provide excellent service to the rest of us.
I was so impressed by the way he handled the situation that I began recording the interaction after it became obvious the customer was intentionally giving him a hard time.
I want to commend this employee for his exceptional composure, professionalism, and customer service under pressure. Employees like him are a tremendous asset to your store, and he deserves recognition for the way he represented your business today.
