  3 stars because buying the phone went well. It was after we bought the phone that was the problem. The taller blonde guy was super rude when we went to get help setting up. Audible sighs, snarky comments. The lady with him was nice the enter process.

  Amazing experience with Kyle! He helped us choose phones, explained the difference between each one, helped us add a phone to the plan and helped with calling customer support. Very attentive, helpful, kind, funny and totally passionate!!! Thank you so much for everything! Had a great time with what would have otherwise been a very boring experience without him!
