I would like to say that I am one of the most understanding people that you can ever meet.
But, this is the second time I have been unsatisfied, and absolutely upset about.
Last week, April 15, 2026, me and my friend had placed an order, and she accidentally sent it to the wrong place (thats on our end, no biggie.) What was a big biggie was when I tried to explain it to the manager with the bright red or pink hair, she had talked down to me like I was a baby. Then, I realized- her hair- her bright red/pink long hair- ends curled, in pigtails, hanging from the front shoulders, was not pulled back. Thank goodness we didn't order there, I would have pulled my sandwich apart before I ate just to be sure no hair was in it.
Today I went in, and me being in a tight time frame, I went back hoping id have a different experience, I did- better, hair was pulled up- she wasn't making my sandwich, a new person was- she ROCKED- But- when I got to work- I opened my bag of cookies, the chocolate chip cookies were perfect, but the oatmeal and the double chocolate chip cookies were as burnt as charcoal.
They had honestly lost a customer from me. Won't be returning, Elgin has me now.
