  The customer service was out of this world. Very nice and helpful. All smiles, veggies look and tasted great! I explained to your man that I haven't ate in 2 days due to a diet and he made sure to tell to make sure I eat the whole protein bowl. I will say that the staff made my day just a little better!!! If I could give them 10 Stars I would!!

  Called, got told they closed at 9:30. I drove 30 minutes to get there because since the new people took over Henegar Subway, it sucks. So I get to this subway in Rainsville almost 30 minutes before they close, and I walk in and get looked at like what are you doing here and get told they can't help me because literally all of their food was already put up. I get it, their excited to get off work, but don't tell people and advertise a time you close and stop serving customers way before you actually close. Horrible employees.

I get here to get looked at like what are you doing here, and then find out they're putting food up almost 30 minutes early and couldn't help me. I get it, your excited to get off work, but if you advertise and tell people what time you close, do your job until you close. When you stop serving customers 30 minutes early, that's the time you close.

  Ordered cold cut Turkey and they gave me bologna! I stopped going because they barley put meat on your sub and veggies were old. I try it again every once in a while. Last time was great this time not so much! I just want quality food as it seems hard to get these days.
