I've been to advance Auto parts quite a few times in my life and quite a few times at this location. This time was different. Mr James came outside in the rain diagnosed my battery and got me a new one and installed it. He talked to me about his career and how he used to be a truck driver and how he used to like it when the kids would make him honk his horn. That man's a national treasure

Wasted a entire day because of people behind the counter not paying attention to details and giving us the wrong parts for brakes not once not twice but 3 times today! It's a crying shame that you are standing there with the VIN number and all details of your automobile and the entire staff is too ignorant to give the correct parts. This is ridiculous and I will never step foot back in there again! A entire day wasted not to mention gas and my time. What happened to common sense?? These people don't have any.
