  Wasted a entire day because of people behind the counter not paying attention to details and giving us the wrong parts for brakes not once not twice but 3 times today! It's a crying shame that you are standing there with the VIN number and all details of your automobile and the entire staff is too ignorant to give the correct parts. This is ridiculous and I will never step foot back in there again! A entire day wasted not to mention gas and my time. What happened to common sense?? These people don't have any.

  Cory was amazing! Called the store to see if they had the part I needed for an emergency repair of my F250. Texted him a picture because I didn't know the name of the part. He looked it up and it was in stock at the store. We limped 10 miles to the store while pulling a 37' travel trailer. I replaced the part in the parking lot. I also caught Cory as he was heading to lunch because I needed another part and he went back into the store and got me squared away. Amazing customer service!

  Every time I come to this Advance Auto Parts store whether Nashann is busy with customers or not she is very professional, patient and informative. It is so very refreshing when customer service staff have a caring/business attitude. Thank you Nashann!
