    Just left the store. I have always used this UPS, everyone was always welcoming and professional. This morning I waited until they decided to unlock the doors and when I walked in, no greeting, 2 employees looking super unprocessional, one looked like she just rolled out of bed. I thought there was a dress code? Maybe I’m wrong, but I probably won’t be coming back to this location due to the unprofessional customer service.

    They need to do a better job with hours listed online. Hire enough people to keep the place open during business hours. Rather than closing for lunch. This is now the 3rd time I’ve came at different times and they’re closed.
