I had one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had at , and it was all thanks to Paytin.
She went above and beyond and handcrafted me a completely unique sandwich from scratch—something you don’t normally expect. You could tell she actually cared about what she was making, and it showed. It ended up being the most delicious sandwich I’ve ever had from Subway.
This wasn’t just good service—it was pride in her work, creativity, and attention to detail. Employees like Paytin are rare, and she’s exactly the kind of person you want representing your business.
If anyone from management sees this: she deserves recognition and should absolutely be considered for a leadership role. She’s already operating at that level.
I’ll definitely be coming back because of her.

I love subway but I wouldn’t go back to this one if it was the last one in the world!!!! This was my first and last visit to this location on Highway 431 in Phenix City, Al. Service was horrible got nothing but attitude from the cashier which was the person who fixed my sandwich!! The bread looked hard so I ask her was it hard she said no and sure thing it was!! This is not the job for her!!! Oh yeah the bread was to hard for me to even eat the sandwich so I lost all the way around!!! Y’all I was warned by a friend that stayed across the street near this location but I didn’t listen he said he has tried it 3 or 4 times and every time it was something different wrong . EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE TOTALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!
Love subways, haven't been to a bad one yet.

El día 01/30/2026 fui maltratado por la que al parecer es la jefa de turno, una señora mayor con el pelo rojo, a su vez maltrato a otro empleado, no voy más a ese local estoy muy descontento con lo sucedido hoy ya que solo comer con mucha frecuencia allí
