  I visited this store to get a new phone after cracking my screen. The clerk that was there told me that I couldn't file an insurance claim against my phone because they didn't make that model anymore. She insisted that my only option would be to pay $100 for a Galaxy A15. I left the store, called Cricket, filed an insurance claim for my damaged phone and got the same Galaxy A15 for $40. I would not recommend this store.

  Went to a different Cricket store to add a line, only to find out much later they set my new line up on the wrong plan. Went to a different store in Phenix City AL and I had the best experience. The representative I believe her name was Cali went above and beyond for me. Not only did she get my plan corrected but she was very polite and knowledgeable. It’s really hard to find customer service reps that are not only knowledgeable in their jobs but actually care about their customers.

  The staff here went above and beyond to help me out. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and fast they made the whole process smooth and easy. I left with everything I needed and felt genuinely taken care of. Highly recommend this location if you want great customer service!
