I visited this store to get a new phone after cracking my screen. The clerk that was there told me that I couldn't file an insurance claim against my phone because they didn't make that model anymore. She insisted that my only option would be to pay $100 for a Galaxy A15. I left the store, called Cricket, filed an insurance claim for my damaged phone and got the same Galaxy A15 for $40. I would not recommend this store.

Handed her my phone asking her if she could activate it for me. Said it was already on. Very pleased with the service I was given. I like Cricket.
