Customer service needs to be re trained for sure, been with cricket for a very long time I'm extremely due for a upgrade let me just say i still have a cracked phone and I have nothing nice to say,

I have been a loyal , paying customer with this company for over 2 years and I MUST say that this is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I am currently trying to visit the store to upgrade my phone and looking into getting a smartwatch added to my plan.. the hours of operation are posted not only online but also posted on the FRONT DOOR of the business itself as 12pm-5pm. I do not appreciate this AT ALL! Furthermore, I will be reaching out to corporate to express my negative experience, anger, and dissatisfaction today. I needed the upgrade and watch today and had about $1,000 that I was glad to sprebd with you all. So, it wasn't JUST revenue that was lost on U, today... it was an outstanding customer account in the future, as I will NOW be forced to change carries to have a what I needed today. Feel free to reach out if that matters to you, at all, as a growing company.

Want to thank Lakitha , Kas and Alison at the Pell City Cricket for their help yesterday. They were super helpful, very professional and knowledgeable , and helped us understand the new features options available . Very respectful and just gave us a good feeling during our visit with the store . Thanks y'all , we will be doing all our business here .
