  Ari at the Cricket store in Pelham absolutely deserves recognition for how amazing she is at her job. She went above and beyond helping me & my husband, was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind the entire time. It’s rare to come across customer service that good anymore. She made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and you can tell she truly cares about helping people instead of just making a sale. I was so impressed I even gave her a tip afterward because she earned it. Cricket is lucky to have someone like Ari representing their store. She definitely deserves a raise!

  I went last week to upgrade my phone and they charged me for a $35 wireless speaker I didn't purchase. Now I'm calling repeatedly and no one picks up the phone. They also enrolled me for Cricket Protect without my permission and when I told them I wanted it removed they said I had to do it from the app, which is bs. I was not given a receipt until I asked for it. Now I know why! I demand a refund.
