  I went to this Advance looking for a rental tool that I couldn't find at other auto parts store in the area. This store didn't have that tool as a rental either. The sales associate was very compassionate about my situation and understood that I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a tool I'd only use one time. After I finished speaking to her, I was leaving and trying to decide what to do. As I was exiting the doors, the manager came out to speak to me. He went to the computer and searched ways for me to get a discount on that tool. He was able to offer me 30% off! This store was the only one that actually tried to help me. I highly recommend this particular Advance Auto.

  I bought windshield wipers with a 90-day warranty for defects, mine had a defect but they replaced them with a cheaper more inferior blade with no reimbursement, so I paid $54 for $25 blades. They said they replaced the new defective blades with the same kind I had bought a few years ago but that's not true, I discovered this later after I found my old receipt. Very disappointed.

  Super helpful Chip and his staff were very kind and able to help me find and replace my battery and windshield wipers in little to no time. Great customer service.

  Carrie absolutely saved us!! We broke down 4 hours from home, stuck in the parking lot. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and delivered our part too. Conner also helped us with testing our battery in the blazing sun and diagnosing. We appreciate yalls help so much!

  CARRIE WAS SO HELPFUL!! We were in a pinch trying to get a part in a hurry and she when out of her way to get us what we needed! She is the best advanced auto parts general manager ever!
