  This location should be a shining beacon of what Subway could be. It's a nicely remodeled store, in a busy location. Yet it isn't. For a place that bakes their own loaves, how did I end up with 2 sandwiches that had hard stale bread? How did the person preparing them not feel how hard they were, and not decide to swap them for a good loaf? It's rude. It's uncaring. It's a complete ripoff. We can't eat this garbage. With all the issues we've had with firehouse, we've never been given inedible food before. Definitely won't be returning to this location.

  First and last time using this particular Subway in Ozark, AL. I placed an online order and they didn't even come close! Surprisingly the receipt was correct as to what I ordered but half the ingredients were missing from my (5) sandwiches.
