  Everytime I order from here I order extra meat and every time I'm scammed. An extra $4 for nothing. I order online from work and usually have a coworker pick it up. Done with this place. Firehouse is better anyways.

  Service gets 3 stars only because the young lady that cashed me out was so polite. There were two employees present. One seemed to be doing all the prep work of slicing meat and veggies off to the side, while the other never got off her phone. The one on the phone was who made my sandwich. Didn't ask if I wanted a 6 or 12 inch sandwich. Made the decision for me. Didn't ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted, which I didn't, just made the decision for me, and toasted it. She seemed to be pretty irritated with having to work while at work. It has to be miserable for the lady in there that's actually trying. Someone is going to walk in there one day, see what I saw, and offer her a job on the spot, knowing the work environment they have to offer is better.

  Two women working the store had to finish 10 minutes of convo before they would take an order and then only after 2 extra people were in line. Both the woman preparing the meats seemed upset that I asked for no cheese then the other woman charged me for additional meats, and when asked said it was company policy for what was ordered. Two very rude, hateful people handling food, acting like someone trying to order food was inconvenient for their convo. Would not recommend nor trust either with my food.
