    I went in to Subway and ordered a protein wrap. The Italian one and I did not want the tomatoes on there and I requested. They be left off instead, I wanted onions to substitute, and they told me it comes how it shows on the board they can't add anything extra to it. She wouldn't even put it on my sandwich for me and let me pay extra if she put it in a cup and made me put it on. The sandwich myself. This is a little ridiculous if you ask me and I will never go back to this Subway again due to this incident right here, they get paid to make our sandwiches and wraps the way we want it.\n And I feel like\n She just didn't want to do it. I've done this several times before and no one has ever told me that it could not be done until today. But that's it for Subway.I will never go back again

    Lazy. Leave someone in drive thru for a "moment" 20 mins later 2 people inside. They say we're busy.

    I had to leave a review because the service at Subway today was AMAZING. I was honestly nervous about stopping at Subway on my lunch break because where I live in Columbus, service is usually very slow and sandwiches can take forever to make. I had also never been to a Subway with a drive-thru before. Even though I could’ve used the drive-thru, I decided to go inside instead, and I’m so glad I did. There was a young Black lady and a white female working together, and they were the perfect duo. Unfortunately, the young lady didn’t have a name tag on, so I couldn’t get their names, but both of them were absolutely wonderful. I have NEVER had my sandwich made that fast in my life. They were polite, courteous, attentive, and actually listened to everything I wanted on my sandwich. The young lady even memorized half my toppings without me having to repeat myself. They worked together so smoothly and professionally. What stood out the most was that it wasn’t just me they treated well. I watched them interact with the customer before me and the customer behind me, and they gave everyone the same amazing service and positive attitude. These young ladies truly deserve a raise. Great customer service is hard to find nowadays, and they made my whole lunch break better. This was around 1 p.m. Central / 2 p.m. Eastern on Thursday, so whoever worked that shift deserves recognition. Great job!
