I had to leave a review because the service at Subway today was AMAZING. I was honestly nervous about stopping at Subway on my lunch break because where I live in Columbus, service is usually very slow and sandwiches can take forever to make. I had also never been to a Subway with a drive-thru before.
Even though I could’ve used the drive-thru, I decided to go inside instead, and I’m so glad I did. There was a young Black lady and a white female working together, and they were the perfect duo. Unfortunately, the young lady didn’t have a name tag on, so I couldn’t get their names, but both of them were absolutely wonderful.
I have NEVER had my sandwich made that fast in my life. They were polite, courteous, attentive, and actually listened to everything I wanted on my sandwich. The young lady even memorized half my toppings without me having to repeat myself. They worked together so smoothly and professionally.
What stood out the most was that it wasn’t just me they treated well. I watched them interact with the customer before me and the customer behind me, and they gave everyone the same amazing service and positive attitude.
These young ladies truly deserve a raise. Great customer service is hard to find nowadays, and they made my whole lunch break better. This was around 1 p.m. Central / 2 p.m. Eastern on Thursday, so whoever worked that shift deserves recognition. Great job!
