  Very Rude! I had to ask the same questions 3 times and they never did answer me. Just looked at me. And yes, they were 2 feet across from me looking at me, and they heard me! NEVER AGAIN!

  Went and got 2 sandwiches they tasted awful. One bite of the steak and it was spit out and the other sandwich the salami tasted funky. Found onions in my lettuce and I don’t like onions. But the kicker is I called up there and they did nothing but laugh on the phone said the manager wasn’t there they couldn’t refund me they could remake them. After continuously hearing laughing every time I spoke I said something they argued with me hung up in my face so I go up there and and once I told them I wasn’t leaving a manager needed to come up there the manager was called and they were told to refund me but mind you while the manager is on the phone a worker is arguing telling us to shut up talking to her and the manager tells her to shut up! The worst experience I’ve ever had. No one apologized and they sat there and admitted the food isn’t fresh it’s been sitting there all day. Wouldn’t recommend eating here it’s gone so down hill. I’ve never had a bad sandwich from a subway but this was AWFUL. She dropped my meat while making my sandwich and still put it on my sandwich. The cutting boards were disgusting the entire area was disgusting. Inside the place was hot so you know the meats were hot. I should’ve just walked out of there when I seen the disaster while ordering.

  I stopped here with three of my kids for lunch on a Friday and was very pleased with the overall experience. This is a freestanding Subway store with plenty of free parking, a drive-thru, and lots of seating inside. The store was very clean and the three people that helped us were friendly and knowledgeable. The food was right on par with what we have enjoyed at quality Subway stores in the past. You can access this store by taking an immediate right as you exit 62 off I-85 northbound in Alabama. If you're coming from I-85 southbound, you'll need to cross the interstate but it's still easy to get to. As of 26-Jun-2026, this Subway is one of seven operating in the Auburn / Opelika area and is one of only two with a ranking higher than four stars. It also has the most reviews of any Subway in the area and is the only one immediately off the interstate.
