  I’ve had an excellent experience at this Advance Auto Parts location, and the team deserves recognition for their hard work and dedication. Robert is an amazing employee and a true standout. He’s knowledgeable, hardworking, and always willing to help customers with everything from finding the right parts to identifying issues. He keeps the shift running smoothly, works well with the team, and shows strong leadership. Robert is a beast at what he does, and in my opinion, he needs to be the next one up. He has the potential to become a store leader and, one day, even a district manager. Joe, the general manager, also deserves a lot of credit. He runs one of the best stores I’ve been to and does a great job leading the team. Even when the store is busy or short-staffed, the employees still make an effort to help customers and find solutions. The staff goes above and beyond—not just with selling parts, but also with helping identify vehicle issues and making sure customers leave with the right information. Robert and Joe make a great team, and their leadership, knowledge, and commitment to customers truly set this store apart. Highly recommended!

  “Limit Lifetime warranty” They need to remove lifetime from all their boxes that advertise it. Apparently lifetime is now defined as 90 days or less. In my case at 7 years 9 months and 22K miles my CV axle has failed (this truck does not get driven a lot. It’s a 1998 K1500 that is babied nowadays). I had the receipt and even the box that it came in but was denied an exchange. I even called the online warranty number and that lady claimed she called the store to see if she could get the manager to do a courtesy one time swap and in the end it was the manager’s call to still deny it. All the lady on the warranty side could do was give me a $20 voucher. From what I gathered talking to the warranty lady, it depends on the manager. Maybe I’ll try my luck at a different store. Rock auto is substantially cheaper even with the first responder discount and $20 voucher so I guess that’s what I will be doing going forward. But it was nice knowing in the past, you could exchange warranty claims easily, For example, I bought a radiator in 2013. It cracked on me in 2020 and they made it good. I guess that is days of the past…
