Absolutely will never be back! I placed my online order at the wrong location mistakenly (MY fault) at 6:37pm, I immediately realized my mistake and called them at 6:38pm to get them to cancel the order and to not make the order, the employees words were “whose problem is that?” I said excuse me? he repeated himself and expressed his manager was not there so nothing he could. That is fine, but the rude remark was absolutely unnecessary!

I would of left ZERO stars if I could, worst customer service I had at a subway…… the least you could do is change the gloves after touching half of the kitchen 🤦🏽♂️

Terrible service and policies. If you add a sauce on the sandwich, it’s free. But if you would like it on the side (because you don’t want a large amount) there is a charge, which is okay until the employee has no clue how much or how to find out so you can pay for it. Unprofessional, unprepared and I will pick another location moving forward
