  I have officially reached my limit with this location. This is NOT the first order they've messed up. We've given this place chance after chance, and somehow every order is worse than the last. Let's start with the "toasted" flatbread. Was it introduced to heat at any point?? Toasted... yeah right. We were told "sometimes the flatbreads don't look toasted"... 🤨 Every single sandwich was cold. Then there's the pizza. Apparently asking for it to be CUT was expecting too much because it arrived as one giant uncut disc. Are customers supposed to carry around a pizza cutter now? But here's the part that absolutely disgusts me... There was a brunette hair PACKED INSIDE my sandwich. Not laying on top. Not floating in the wrapper. It was literally pressed into the sandwich. Do you know how disgusting it is to bite into your sandwich and a hair string out IN YOUR MOUTH!!?? 🤢 Cold food. Uncut pizza. Hair in the sandwich. This isn't a simple mistake. This is a complete lack of quality control, food safety, and a huge lack of care. I paid for edible food!! At this point, I expect a FULL REFUND. No excuses, no coupons, no "we'll do better next time." There shouldn't have to be a next time. This is completely unacceptable.

  I went there March 12, 2026 and the two women there were so friendly and nice, made me feel at home, despite the little rush they were attentive to all orders. Definitely one of my go-to in Alabama 😄
