THE ONLY REASON THEY HAVE ONE STAR IS BECAUSE THE REVIEW MADE ME GIVE A STAR.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location in Morris, Alabama on April 25, 2026. The service I received felt biased and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. The male employee at the front appeared dismissive and rushed my order in a way that felt targeted and uncomfortable.
The male employee was especially rude and lacked basic customer service skills. His tone and behavior were inappropriate, and he should not be interacting with customers in that manner. If he is in a leadership or ownership position, that makes the situation even more concerning.
Overall, the treatment I experienced came across as discriminatory and unacceptable. No customer should feel profiled or disrespected while simply trying to place an order. This experience was upsetting, and I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior immediately.

I went to get breakfast about 8:45 this morning and looked online to make sure they were open before going. I’ve never had subways breakfast. It said they were open online, so I go. I pull up, and there are no lights on and the open sign isn’t on. I understand being closed, but hours need to be updated online so people don’t drive there for nothing.

The worker basically argued with me after I asked for more ingredients for my sandwich. I told him I was willing to pay extra if need be. If I'm paying 15 dollars for a sandwich, I want what I ask for on it.

Always friendly. Love this place!
They NEVER honor the Subway coupons we get in the mail. We have to go to a Subway in an adjoining city to use our coupons. BTW, we live within eyesight of the Morris Subway.
