  I placed a pickup order. My footlong was suppose to be toasted when I got home it wasn't. I have had many problems with this one. Not only are the owners rude but also dont want to put a good amount of veggies on your sandwich even when asking for extra. When I tried to call it doesn't ring. Worst subway around I will not be back I will from now on drive to a nearby one even though I live 0.1 miles from the Morris location.

  THE ONLY REASON THEY HAVE ONE STAR IS BECAUSE THE REVIEW MADE ME GIVE A STAR. I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location in Morris, Alabama on April 25, 2026. The service I received felt biased and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. The male employee at the front appeared dismissive and rushed my order in a way that felt targeted and uncomfortable. The male employee was especially rude and lacked basic customer service skills. His tone and behavior were inappropriate, and he should not be interacting with customers in that manner. If he is in a leadership or ownership position, that makes the situation even more concerning. Overall, the treatment I experienced came across as discriminatory and unacceptable. No customer should feel profiled or disrespected while simply trying to place an order. This experience was upsetting, and I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior immediately.

  This is the worst Subway on the planet. Garbage. The staff was horrible. The bread tasted funny. Didn't really cover the sandwich with meat. Absolutely will not go back you should just drive on to the next subway.

  2 staff members working taking a whole 4 orders staff member handling my sandwitch order is terrible at what they do please hire someone that works a 100% percent these guys suck at this sorry not being mean but come on now subway please
