  I visited the Wingstop on Atlanta Highway in Montgomery today at 7:18 PM, and my experience was very disappointing. My order of corn was left out, so I went back to let the staff know. Instead of simply apologizing and correcting the mistake, the cashier gave me an attitude and acted as if I had already eaten the corn and was trying to get extra food. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, especially when I’m only asking for an item that was missing from my order. Mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled and the lack of professionalism from the cashier were unacceptable. Customer service goes a long way, and this experience left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses how customers are treated and provides better training for handling issues respectfully.

  The lady in there had an attitude and was rude. The only thing I eat from there is the corn. But it was cold in the middle even though he just pulled out the grease. Then was I asked for ranch the lady said ranch doesn’t come with and told me if it was 2.19 and when I asked her to see the size of the ranch she said all of them was the same price.. but she had such a bad attitude that when I wanted to go in there in say something about my corn being cold, I didn’t because I didn’t want to get in a argument with her because her attitude towards me was bad. But Now they lost my business completely. I don’t even want the corn anymore. DO BETTER WINGSTOP!!

  Customer service could be better. And the place smells like a chemical lab of toxic poisons. The manager or whoever was on the phone with friends instead of attending to customers.

  This is hands down my favorite place for wings! I have tried DOZENS of wing places, but these deliver EVERYTIME! You HAVE to try the Louisiana Rub, and the Lousiana Voodoo fries, and don't forget the cajun corn, it's to die for!!! Don't forget to get them fried hard...they are so crispy and delicious! If I want wings, this is where I go. Thank you Wingstop, you guys ROCK!!!
